The number of rentals coming to market shrinks again as landlords continue to leave the market. 

 

- Landlord numbers shrink for the 4th straight Month

1100 Landlords sold up and exited in March, Property number in total dwindled by 87,653

 

- London remains top of the tree for available lettings and investors
